Does anyone know of anywhere I can find any drivers for the BT848 based Video Capture Card that will allow it to function with Win XP?

looking for driver updates for mutimedia Video Conroller. I dont know what its for. I get and error that this program needs a driver installed for it to work.. but I don't know what it is. I have a Compaq Presario 7478 with a r/rw burner and dvd cdrom. The burner stopped working when I installed Windows XP. Is this what its for?
