Hey guys, having a bit of an unexpected problem here since a few days back and it's getting worse...

I was playing WoW, (nothing out of the ordinary) and haven't updated anything for weeks... anyways a random color malfunction box appeared on the screen and I thought it would fix itself after restart or something (thought it was just winxp acting up again)

anyways, the boxes keep appearing now and they're getting worse... when I boot windows everything is fine.. http://img235.imageshack.us/img235/...

but after a few minutes of even just browsing or starting up a game I get this http://img159.imageshack.us/img159/...
and it just keeps getting worse till the computer reboots or shuts down by itself...

I would search the web for help but I dont even know what to search for lol

any help would be appreciated (I added outputs from the program "SPeedfan" to show that comp. temperature is fine, so it's not overheating... I suspect it might be the graphics card that screwed up (its an intel integrated) but I'm no computer guru...

any input would be appreciated... thanks :)

Try safe mode and see if same thing happens.
It could be your display monitor of course.

I'd try reinstalling the graphics drivers - find latest version. If you can't find drivers, just try removing the device in device manager and let windows rediscover and re-install.
Look in event log (run eventvwr.msc) to see if any clues.

I've already rebooted completely from scratch (reformatted and everything...) problem is still there

graphics drivers aren't the problem (already ruled a software problem out) it's got something to do with the hardware

it also can't be the display monitor since it wouldn't cause the computer to reboot

Well the event viewer is stating WoW is giving you problems. FYI, if you drive a monitor beyond it's capabilities you can have problems. You may have a fan on the graphics chip. If that fan is not turning properly it can cause problems.
