Hello, I really hope someone can give me some advice. As of today both my CD drives have stopped working. I checked under my device manager and both drives (LG CD-ROM CRD 8400b and Philips CDD3610 CD-R/RW) have yellow warning marks. I followed the troubleshooting tips in XP (uninstall and reinstall drives) and I still have the same result. I also opened up my machine and reseated the ribbon on each connection, but this also made no difference. I would be eternally grateful if anyone has a solution.
