Comment:

I just recently reinstalled WXP and used TWEAKIT to make the log on automatic. That works fine. However when the screen saver comes on then I must click on the USER icon to proceed. What do I need to do? Hibernation is turned off, but I would like to turn it on for proper operation of my UPS.

Dunno what your question is.

Screen saver is where you select enter password or not.

Power settings for hibernation.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

Sorry I wasn't clear. The question is " How do I keep from having to click on the USER icon when coming out of the screensaver?" Never had to do it before.

Right click a blank area of your screen and choose properties> screen saver> power> advanced. Untick the password box and click on enable.
