I know there have been a lot of problems booting winXP from a Raid 0 array, but I don't think this is a problem with XP, rather a problem with NTFS. I have my machine running XP on a stripe set formatted with Fat32 (use gdisk (norton ghost) or something for large disks) and it works fine.

If anyone knows any reason why NTFS doesn't work, please let me know??

As long as you are using a HARDWARE controller, there won't be any problems.
