Booting through flash

Specs: Windows XP
My cd rom is not in working state and i want to install Windows xp Sp3 on my system i have cd image of Windows Xp sp3. My machine boots through usb and i checked it. It works fine. The problem i am facing is that i don't have idea how to put files in my flash so that i can boot the setup of Winxp as it boot through cd-rom. I copy all the files of windows xp sp3.iso on flash and boot it, it gave me error. So kindly give tell me proper steps how to do it. I searched different forum but didn't get any good results...

The best advice is probably 'replace the broken optical drive'.

See barts pe and pe2usb. Barts and ubcd4win have an install plugin.

barts pe doesn't allow me to boot as i boot from cd i want to boot my windows xp cd image. It provides me gephical user interphace with plugins as notepad, caluator, drive browser etc... I don't want to upgrade or repair my window, i want to renew it by formating C drive...
