Most driver and software installs don't require that you boot any particular way.

Just boot normally, if you are the only user.

If not, you should get the administrator to do it.

Hi there,

Well Safe mode dont load any drivers and Runlevel 0 means your system will Halt on startup and this process will continue till you change it. so its not possible to install anything there. Boot Normall as admin and do whatever you want.
