Bootable Ghost CD

I have no floppy drive. How can I create bootable ghost cd and how can I create xp operating system as a ghost image ? Please help me..

There are many how to's in various formats such as flash and others on the symantec site. "Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, Make an autorun.inf folder on all usb drives.
