is there any free CD burning software (freeware) that can create bootable CDs not only from bootable floppies, but also from the image files of bootable floppies?

Not sure if this will help but if you have an ISO image that needs to be burnt try using the really simple software at

If you still need freeware for Burning here is the one I use. It has options for creating bootable cd's.
CdBurnerXP Pro

I use it a lot to transfer files between computer I am setting up, I have only created one ISO disk and that worked ok.
