When you say Debug, I am assuming that you mean Safe Mode. If so then it is a driver issue. Try booting to "Last Known good configuration" or goto...

Control Panel -> System -> Hardware Tab -> Device Manager

and uninstall the last driver you installed.

This could also be do to an automatic update. You might want to uninstall the last few if the drivers thing does not work.

As always, if you do not know what you are doing then get some one who can help you because if you uninstall the wrong driver you could mess up your computer.


P.S. If you could be more descriptive of the situation like...

What did you do prior to this happening, installs or updates?
When did it start like on the first Tuesday of the month?

With this I could be more specific on how to fix the problem.
