at the end of my autoexec.nt file that is located in C:\Windows\System32\ the line will execute automatically whenever I boot up windows ??, and before windows starts using the program ?? (So this could be used as a kind of autoexec.bat used by Windows 98) Thank you in advance...

Yes, that command will do what you are looking to do. If you only want to do it for a certain user or users, I would recommend doing something via logon script instead.
