When the system starts a black screen show up with the follow on it. Hardware Profile/Configuration Recovery Menu This menu allows you to select a hardware profile to be used when Windows is started. If your system is not starting correctly, then you may switch to previous system configurations , which may overcome startup problems. IMPORTANT: System Configuration changes made since the last successful startup will be discarded. Profile 1 Profile 2 Profile 3
there are some options at the bottow that make no difference when used and if I use any of the profiles the system boot up. I would like to remove this if possiable. Any help would be welcomed openly.

So you didn't set these up?
If you go to help and support off the start menu and search on hardware profiles, you will get information you need.
