Boot Log Errors

June 5, 2009 at 20:35:32
Specs: Windows XP pro sp3
My pc is booting slow so I ran a boot log and have 8 drivers that did not load. They all end with .sys. My question is, how do I fix them?
Thanks.........Jim

Take a look at the event log and figure out, why the drivers couldn't be started.

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

First off, thanks for the reply. I did as you said but I'm affraid the messages are too cryptic for me to understand. Also, none of the Event Viewer Application Information notes correspond to the .sys files that didn't load and are in ntbtlog.txt or at least as far as I can determine. I ran a sfc /scannow but no change in boot time. Oh, I did take every program out of startup....
