please help me. Ive did bundles of search and it ended up the same

Ive recently formatted my laptop (acer) with original xp cd and it runs well (ive installed all the programs despite some yet-to-find drivers). suddebly when i restarted my pc it goes black. the bios option appear but after the black, nothing happens. my windows cannot load.

ive tried fixmbr at the recovery console but it doesnt work
my partition is kind of weird --> mapping my disk shows that the partition with installed windows marked as '?' with the eisa utilities and fat32, whereas my D: stated as C: and so on, which obviously i cant delete the '?' partition.

is there any other way?
