Specs: Windows XP, 3.?Ghz/512
Have a Dell Desktop E520 Win XP SP2 (or SP3), 512MB RAM, SATA HDD.

When trying to bootup get BSOD with
STOP: 0x0000006F (0xc000000E)".

Can NOT boot into safe mode - get same error!

Opened up case & checked all cables, reseated memory module (1-512 simm).
Ran Dell Hardware diagnostics - all okay!
I am stumped now. Any and all suggestions welcome!!
Thank you very much!

What were you doing with the computer before this started happening? Did you install any new programs/hardware?

Try removing ALL usb/connected devices other than keyboard/mouse/screen and see if the problem occurs again
