OS: windows xp home v2002 sp3
CPU/Ram: 1.24gb ram

hi i had a problem with my windows xp..

this is the second time this has happened in about 2 weeks.. i was just using my computer all well and this screen pops up and says

a bunch of stuff.. i couldnt manage to get all of it but i got some of what it said .. it sayed

disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing

technical info

**** stop: 0x0000000c, ox00000005, oxooooooo1, oxBA7395F7)

**** atapi.sys - adress BA7395F7 base at BA 721000, Date Stamp 4802539d

begining dump of physical memory

and then it dumps about 99 files .. and then after that the computer starts normally ..


what would i do for this problem .. and is it common ??

Did you recently install SP3 ?

This problem maybe cause by newly install program on your pc or other windows files in system file corrupted.

You sure about that 0x0000000C STOP code?
It seems to relate to a Windows 2000 system. Have you upgraded 2000 to XP? Or is that STOP error code incorrect?
