Ok I made a post about this before
At first my computer would randomly restart but almost always at night for some reason..... So I turned off the hole restart when all fails and now it gets this blue screen error
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Some people told me they had to buy all new parts and memory sticks and what not but I dont have those expenses and here is the wierd thing. I had this problem about a month ago and then I formatted.. Never had the problem again.. Until just last night I was forced to format again and now its doing it again.. Actually I formatted twice and it hasnt stopped. One thing I might think it is, is that I have a gforce4ti and when I used to download the drivers after a format it would be fine.. But in the past month or two it has just started saying that the drivers were not compatible with xp half way during the install... Thats bull because I know im downloading the right stuff. Sooo yea any ideas?

Firstly, have you tried getting any necessary driver updates from the windows update website? Run windows update, select hardware updates and install any updates you require. Being windows update, these *should* be compatible with xp :)
I had exactly the same problem a while back, and it turned out to be a bad ram stick.
If you want to try and check for errors in your ram run memtest http://www.memtest86.com/
If you get lots of errors it might be time to bite the bullet and buy some new ram.

Yea since I just formatted I havent a chance to get all the updates yes I will get that done first.. Could that be causing the blue screen as well?

Your PC encounters bugcheck x'd1' which means device driver encounter access violation. Usually it is a software error unless your PC has a faulty RAM. If your PC encounter bugcheck code '0a', '1e', '50' and 'd1', this means one of your device driver is in error. If you disable the auto reboot function, whenever BSOD occurs the failing module name may appear at the blue screen if the failing instruction is not at XP kernel. After you get the failing module name, search goggle to find which device driver that it belongs.
Regards,
Albert
