Blue Text for Filenames

Hi everybody,

I was in a folder on my XP machine and I noticed that some of the filenames had blue text rather than black. I was wondering what the blue signifies. Does anybody know? Thanks!

Pretty sure it means the files are compressed. (Either that or encrypted)
