Hi Guys

I am completely baffeled in my situation.
I just bought a new motherboard, RAM, and CPU and 250GB HDD

Motherboard - Gigabyte S Series 2000 FSB, x4 RRam slots.
RAM - X1 Kingmax 2GB DDR2 800
CPU - AMD Athlon 5200+ x2

I am always getting random blue screens and my pc will restart and when I check the event viewer under system or application there is no warnings or error logs only information logs. I thought it might have been my new RAM but tested it with a friends RAM and it didn't have blue screens for about 4 days so I was convinced it was RAM but now it's doing the same thing again. I have tried a different HDD and still get BSOD.
My motherboard does support the RAM speeds. I also have a Geforce 8600GT which was working perfectly on my old setup so I doubt it's my graphics card. Iv'e noticed though that the blue screens mostly happen when I play warcraft 3 but sometimes I can play a full game but most of the time I can't. It is the exact same warcraft 3 that was on my old setup and it worked perfectly.

Any ideas what could be causing the blue screens?

Disable the auto restart and post the Stop code next time you get a bsod.

Were both HDDs SATA ? Also, have you checked any temperatures, such as for the cpu ?

The first HDD was IDE, then I got a new SATA HDD and removed the IDE HDD but was still getting bsod.

The stop code for the bsod is as follows...

STOP: 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0xf243103e, 0xbacef71c, 0x00000000)

RtkHDAud.sys - Address f243103e base at f23ce000, DateStamp 4642f3b3

Does this help?

Try updating the Realtek audio drivers.
