I've got a client with a pretty new computer that he uses some Flight Simulator and Railroad Simulator software on. Last week he installed an older one. The box specifically says Does Not Support NT. Well he didn't realize and installed it. The install errored out, but he doesn't remember exactly what it did. Since then he's been gettting a blue screen Bugcode_USB_Drive when he shuts down. Everything that I've found on the net relates to a cable modem, he doesn't have one. He does have 2 printers, and 3 joysticks though. I am guessing it is related to one of them, but it is so inconsistant that I don't know what to try. Any other ideas? He is also getting the Microsoft Send/Don't Send dialog box, the details are useless and so is microsoft's website when you send it. I did try using System Restore to go back to before he installed the software with no luck.

Have you tried going into device Manager and uninstalling the USB root hub and then reboot and let windows pick it up again?

My problem 01) whilst playing in video file Blue Screen Error occured
