I had my computer in for a diagnostic. Geek Squad said it was the 1 GB Ram, I bought a new Ram. I installed it and the computer started up fine. When I went to restart it later, it give me the blue screen. I can't start in Safe Mode becuase it will not let my key board work either. I tried all USB ports to get the key board to work.

This is so frustating? Geek Squad said 3 days, it turned into 2 weeks and I get it back like this.

What can be wrong and how to fix it?

First my rants about Geek Squad - they are far from being your friendly service provider.

Look HERE to read complaints already reported, or WATCH it.

BTW did you know that most of the GS work are sent HERE for repair rather than have it done in the store as you thought? If I were you I will take back the PC and complain as loud as I can to draw the supervisors' attention.

What was the reason for your taking it to Geek Squad in the first place? Is it for the same problem you are now experiencing?

Took it back today and they say it is either the motherboard or the processer.
