Blue screen when install XP

After i install XP Pro to c: drive (20GB), a blue screen come out STOP: 0x0000007b (0xf898463c,0xc0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)
my PC is AMD2700 ASUS A7VX8V 120GB SATA hdd ( c:20GB, d:50GB, e:50GB) using Fat32 any idea?

With the "Blue Screen Of Death", does it happen at the same times or different times. Cause If it does only use one memory stick or memory from another computer. If That's the case you have a faulty stick of memory.

However, what i did is just clean install WIN XP pro to a SATA Harddisk. (no IDE drive) Will that be a problem? As i know... some motherboard can't boot with SATA harddisk with xp or server 2003. I tried install win server 2003 on a AMD opteron 64bit server board with a 200GB SATA harddisk. SATA harddisk can't be detected. Anyway I use win98 on this PC before. It works ok with the partitions... but when i clean install the WinXP... after reboot... the blue screen come out.
