well judging from your error it looks like something with USB...How about a little more information on your problem, what are you doing when you get the error? can you recreate the error by pluging something into a USB port, or is this just random, what (if any) do you have steadily plugged into a usb port? usb printer? scanner?
Have you looked for drivers for your USB from your motherboards manf. website? (normally you dont need them since SP2 has them) My guess would be to do the basics...check for updates for your board and BIOS, run System file checker (Start>Run> sfc.exe /scannow and press enter) pull off any USB devices off your machine and uninstall your USB from Device manager and re-install, or point to a new driver provided you find one... IF you do have any USB devices plugged in look for updated USB drivers...if you are running DSL or Cable through USB try changed it to Ethernet...

even if you replace it, it will do the same thing...i have seen that with certain machines that run DSL/CABLE through USB Blue screen, the best and easiest way to fix that is to run it via Ethernet and not USB...the DSL/CABLE runs to the modem, then your run cat5 cable between your NIC on your computer and the Ethernet port on your modem...If for some odd reason your modem doesn't have one, see what your ISP says will work (modem wise) with their service that has a Ethernet port on it and see where you can get that at or if then will replace your USB modem with a Ethernet/USB modem
