CPU/Ram: 3.0 512

My computer suddently shows blue screen lot sentaces and some codes but end of the screen says dumpng physical memory.
Why it come is there hard drive problem or any other?.
Please let me knoe.

RUBAN,

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) can appear due to a number of different reasons. Most common of which is a Hardware change in the system.

Did you install any new piece of Hardware in your system ? did you install any new Software ? Did you change any configuration ?

Are you able to boot into XP.

Yes I can able to boot to xp.
I have ethenet failer may be taht cause this problem if so how can I fix this.
This ethernet built in motherbord but the motherboard is new bought it month ago.
Please advice detail info.'

Those sentences & codes give you a hint to what the problem is. Post back exactly what is on the blue screen...proper spelling is important.
