Blue Screen of Death / Stop Message

I have been getting the BSOD / Stop Message everytime i download something extremely fast usually 200kb/s or higher. Sometimes a little bit lower speed. The message is of coarse a Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Than_Or_Equal_To. Then under the Technical Notes it reads:

Sounds Like a driver problem with your network card. look for new driver on manufactures website. and at same time try and use a DL acceleractor or manager. this might help. Also Get the Latest updates for IE.
