blue screen no writting just blue

every once and a while i get a blue screen but theres no writting just blue and i have good ram and a good mobo and processor i have a 256mb radeon pro thats custom built and overclocked and my apiture size in my bios is 64 mb witch is default and recomended but i think its over heating or something is messed up can i get some suggestions please.... even thow it doesnt happen tht much it still pisses me off cause i like having things perfect.
