hi um....i don't know why but i blue screen suddenly appears. it says that computer shut down co'z machine inspection(check...er..forgot) detected a hardware or software that may damage my computer. it sayas to disable memory Bios of go to safe mode and uninstall the latest hardware or software installed. i erase the software i just installed but it keeps appearing. how do i know the latest harware installed and which to unistall...^^ thanks a lot! ^^ help pls thank you

You should system event log and look for record 1001 (ie sysdump).

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x00000000, 0x8054da70, 0xcc0000ff, 0x20040189). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini111904-05.dmp. this one?? it happened yesterday evening nov-19 this is the only one i could find. but it still continued to show the bluescreen ^^ help pls thank you

Sorry to present bad news but I had this and Dell exchanged the mother borad and eventually the main drive...but there is a lot do do to check the system...have you done a system restore to an earlier time when it was working OK? Hope it is OK! John
