Blue screen hardware/software

OS: windows xp
CPU/Ram: intel pentium 4

hi um....i don't know why but i blue screen suddenly appears.
it says that computer shut down co'z machine inspection(check...er..forgot) detected a hardware or software that may damage my computer. it sayas to disable memory Bios of go to safe mode and uninstall the latest hardware or software installed. i erase the software i just installed but it keeps appearing. how do i know the latest harware installed and which to unistall...^^ thanks a lot!

when i checked the even log
service control maneger had all the errors and one Dhcp

this is one of the fewe things written

The IP address lease 192.168.1.2 for the Network Card with network address 0008A15A43C5 has been denied by the DHCP server 0.0.0.0 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

The IPSEC Services service depends on the IPSEC driver service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

You should system event log and look for record 1001 (ie sysdump).

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x00000000, 0x8054da70, 0xcc0000ff, 0x20040189). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini111904-05.dmp.


this one??
it happened yesterday evening nov-19 this is the only one i could find. but it still continued to show the bluescreen

Bug Check 0x9C is MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

This indicates that a fatal machine check exception has occurred. Your PC has a severe hardware problem.

Sorry to present bad news but I had this and Dell exchanged the mother borad and eventually the main drive...but there is a lot do do to check the system...have you done a system restore to an earlier time when it was working OK? Hope it is OK!
