you need to give more details of the computer, memory, speed, os, etc. looks to me like bad memory, or overheating. bsd's are a sign of either or both

dear friend what I meant was remove your old RAM modules and put new ones to see if it solves problem and if yes then you have to replace the old ones but if you have more than one modules than check them by putting them one by one and booting the system to see if problem occurs in this way you'll be able to single out the faulty one
