Blue screen error msg, unsure why/meaning

Specs: Windows XP, don't know
I have recently had a spate of blue screen error messages out of the blue just when I was surfing the internet. A few times after these I've run a hard disk check and I've even reinstalled my up to date Norton antivirus. Just today though, after leaving my pc on for a few hours, I got another blue screen and shutdown, and when I restarted, I received this message that Windows had recovered from a serious error with the following files involved:

Any and all explanation and advice on how to permanently fix these blue screen errors would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much! My computer btw is a 2006 IBM ThinkPad, and I'm not sure how much RAM it has, but I haven't been doing anything recently or used any programs that I haven't always used so I don't think there's any issue with RAM overload.

Err...we`ll need either the error code given in the blue screen (e.g. 0x00000019) or you can upload the Mini070211-01.dmp file somewhere and post a link to the download (the best option). Also we need to know if the blue screen mentioned some file or driver that might have caused the problem.
