Blue Screen Error Messages

Hi,
For the last few weeks my computer has been crashing to a blue screen displaying DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.I have tried all suggestions to resolve the problem but it still persists.
However, today it has contiued crashing but this time it displays BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER at the blue screen.
Any help to resolve the problem would be extremely grateful.

Nope. System was working perfectly for 6 month, then suddenly the problems started!!

Check system event 1001 and it has the content of the blue screen Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> System -> Event 1001. Copy the content and paste it back here

I had almost the same thing happen yesterday. All of the sudden I got the blue screen and a similar "Driver not less ...." error message. From that point forward my wireless network card will not work. I even went out and bought a new one and windows keeps trying to install it as an ethernet controller, and won't recognize it is a network card. I went to the event log but there is no event 1001 for yesterday. Latest one in there is from 5/15/2005. Any other ideas?

Yeah, my Toshiba Satellite's been recently giving the same DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen saying problem with NDProxy.sys
I dont remember recently installing a driver... everything's been working fine. Do i have to reinstall everything?
