We just changed ISPs and we have a new mail server being hosted by our ISP. We are suddenly getting tons of junk mail using MS Outlook. I called our ISP about increasing their filter levels and they said they have very little filtering in place at the moment. Therefore, it's up to me to make sure Outlook can filter the incoming emails. How can I do this in Outlook or anything else such as Symantec internet security?

there are plenty of freeqware/shareware plug-ins for outlook, filtering spam and junk mail.
personally i don't give much credence to such filters, i preferthe manual way using mailwasher. there's a free version available. mailwasher is showing you the mail waiting on your server, you hav some options like blacklist, friends list, delet, bounce, etc.
when done it performs whichever action you choose and then opens your email client for download. this way you only get those mails you really want. filtering mails IN outlook means you have to download them first anyway, not so with mailwasher.
