Either turn on the spam filtering or create a rule to delete emails from a certain address upon arrival. Both of these features are in the 'organize' dialog. (Tools->organize)

Hi Open outlook express>highlight email>click on messages>Click on block sender, the address will then be added to Blocked senders list. Hope this helps
