Weird noise (sounds like a bad wave) come out from my speaker every time I click something or move the explorer scrollbar.
If I ignore that, my computer will hang. Sometimes, my computer is already hang after the welcome screen.
I already format and reinstall windows, and try to scan with a lot of antivirus, but still can't fix the problem

Sounds like an Audio Driver Issue. As an experiment, go to your Device Manager and Disable (Not Uninstall) your Audio Drivers.

Control Panel->System->Hardware Tab->Device Manager

Scroll down to the Audio Drivers and Right click each until you find the one that has "Disable" on the menu. Disable it and reboot and see if you system works better. If it does then seek out new drivers.
