i have a blank screen on my desktop when i turn my computer on it sits on top of my desktop screensaver it stops me from opening certain icons it just says there is no rundll32 i us panda antivirus and spysweeper

Have you used the system restore tool to restore your system back to the state (the date) in which you didn't receive this message? DLL is "Dynamic Link Library", and if Rundll32 is missing, your system will not function normally, if at all.
