Hi, After booting in windows xp , i use citrix connection to start some application. While working in ctirix , if i take any screen shot (i.e, print screen) after this if i tried to paste in word document or pait brush the pasted image will be black color. so i have to restrt the Machine then it works fine. Can any one help in this , I want to know , Why this happen, is any possible to resolve without restarting the system.
