Yes, I get the same message. Looks like he forgot to pay his domain fee.

WELL POOP
Hope he's ok and gets back up soon. I'd rather direct folks to there than have to explain to a noob how to kill unwanted services. It's like talking to my cat...

There is something rotten with Networks Solutions. Since I visited the site while looking for blackviper I have experienced a outbound tcp flood with a destination of 216.168.224.63 and it belong to networks solutions. I have blocked that destination but have not been able to find the offender on my system.

If its the pages containing his system info and service setup, those pages have not been archived :( Or am I missing something?

I found the entire site at Web archive.org. What a great site. PC Mag referred to it recently on their 100 greatest websites list. Thanks to all who helped me find these missing black viper pages!

Ok I’m trying to setup a services profile from the guide of Black Vipers. The only problem is the guide and the settings are a little tricky, or I'm thinking to hard. For example in the guide it tells you how to setup different Hardware Profiles (Default, Safe, Internet Gateway, Gaming, and Super Tweak). Well I setup just the Safe and the Gaming to start with to test it out. In the guide it tells you to use the log on tab in the service your changing’s properties. The only problem I have is if you look at the Service Configurations table you will see that the service named Distributed Link Tracking Client in Default Cfg it is set to Automatic but in the Safe Cfg it is set to Manual. I’m only able to leave it enabled or disabled in the Log On tab. So in short, how do I set it to Automatic in one and Manual in another???

TIA
