Black screen after new ram install

Okay, so I installed a 2 new ram sticks and then I turn my cmp on, then the whole screen is black. Why ? Please answer and thanks in advanced.

Not alot of detail here. So, here are some questions you should answer. 1. Whats the model number of your machine? 2. Does the machine work without the new memory installed. 3. What size memory sticks are you putting in there? 4. Any BIOS error codes (beeps at start up)? Let everyone know what you have already tried, if anything, and more information on your machine.

Heh..Nevermind. I removed and placed it back so now it works fine :) Thanks for the response though
