black safe mode screen

when i turn my computer on i get a black screen with safe mode /start windows normally and a few other options i have hit enter on a few of the options but still wont start up help please

you usually get taken to the safe mode if their is a problem go into safe mode and do a search for msblast if you find any thing your computer is starting in safe mode because you have the worm or thier could be other problem but coz of the recent msblast worm id look for that first...good luck
