Did you turn system restore off and restart the computer? Try a free trial of TDS if turning system restore off does not allow you access to clean it.

if you would like to delete it and you know what it is and are getting this message then you should first make sure that the process is not running. to do this open the task manager. use cntrl + alt + delete to open task manager. now sort by user name because it is most likely to be running under you user name. find it and end that prcess, now delete it. remeber that virus protections only regard noted viruses and that a virus only becomes a virus when it has infected so many machines..

good luck
