im not sure, but if you download a client you can choose what post you want it to use. you can download ABC which lets you choose what ports to use, at: http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/index.php

For info go here but the way the BT sites are going down for good it probably won't help for long. Also some ISPs limit you on certain known ports so most of the BT clients find random ports of your own choosing, or so I've been told
