in BIOS 'HDD S.M.A.R.T capability' is "Disabled",but i can still use programs that checks HDD SMART info. example this one http://www.passmark.com/products/diskcheckup.htm and it says SMART is enabled. is that BIOS SMART option somehow different?

Enable smart in bios and forget program.
