Hi, i have been having problems with my machine. I will be using it and the screen will go blue and say that i should shut off my Bios Caching or Shadowing. How do i do this? Should i do this? Also, i was able to play video games no problem on the machine but lately the video on it becomes choppy and the blue screen appears then too, im guessing the problems are linked. Any help?

this is what i found on amd bois so far

make sure that the Caching of BIOS and Video is disabled.

BIOS Caching and Shadowing is when your CPU boots up, it makes a copy of the video BIOS and motherboard BIOS into memory.
In theory operating systems can then look to these area in memory to find bios settings.
But Windows doesn't do this well, as it takes over basicly all of memory.
(And may wipe the BIOS Cache that was there)

it looks from what i can tell that u need to make sure that both the cahce and shawdow need to be disabled if u do a search for amd bios cache and shadow on like google or something ull find some info on it from other forums, but if u got that error number i can look it up else where

Ok, i found the stop code that i gives me, it is....

**STOP:(0x000000A, 0xA04E37BC, 0s00000002, 0s00000000, 0s804EB436)

They could be zeros or they could be an O. I think that they are zeros though, that all i have. Thanks kitty.
