" (All The Problems Have Started When I Updated My Bios) Plz Help!"

Try self help you answered your own request here....
My rules:
1) Never upgrade your bios unless you see a function the new one has you don't have and need...this is not like upgrading "Ms Word" as it can and often does "hose" your entire system.
2) Whatever you just did that causes a problem to occur right after, UNDO!
Now go get an earlier version beyond the one you originally had if possible.
Never download the newest bios version!
I don't care what it does or says, you are their "guinea pig" when you do, and they won't be there to help when your machine "hits the trails" as yours now is!!!!

Maybe you have a virus. I noticed that all of the words in your post begin with a capital letter. That makes it difficult to read.

I know this sounds daft as you have just flashed your BIOS but have you bothered to set up the new version like enable AGP and turn Plug and Play to ON etc

If any advice helps, please post back as it might help others.

All BIOS are different, you need to take it to someone that knows, your local repair shop etc, as it takes a lot of understanding for a novice.

If any advice helps, please post back as it might help others.
