Binding Special Characters

I am learning to write swedish and would like to bind the special charcters so I can use them easily. Does anyone know a method to do this?

For å Å <Right Alt> w W, for ä Ä <Right Alt> q Q and for ö Ö <Right Alt> p P, if you use the Microsoft English US-International Keyboard. All of then followed by a <space>.

Or you can use the ASCII codes: 132=ä, 134=å, 142=Ä, 143=Å, 148=ö and 153=Ö.
