Billionton USB Bluetooth Dongle

The software in the CD cannot be installed. Keep getting error message:"To install Billionton software you need Administrator privilages". I AM the administrator and the hardware wasn't even attached yet. Does anyone have the same problem ? I don't think Service Pack 2 is causing it, because it has not even started to install.
p.s. But the CD was working fine. I saw the vendor install it on his machine.

Switch users or Logoff....then hit CTRL+ALT+DEL (maybe a few times) until the classic Login window comes up. Type in Administrator as login name and the appropriate password. (note: if you dont know it, there probably isnt one) Once it loads, install the software there.
