b.exe virus

help, my antivirus found a virus cld b.exe in my windows folder and removed it. the problem is that everytime you shut the computer off and get on it again the file (b.exe virus) is back in windows and sometimes the virus detector wont find it unless i physically go into the windows folder then it delets it. but it still comes back at startup. help
read up on it and there is a few tools that can help you remove it...

right click on 'my computer' click on check box 'system restore" remove virus by using anti virus and restart the computer. now again check, if found, your computer is not infected. again uncheck the 'system restore' then restart
