I bought a 250gb external hard drive for extra storage and also to keep my files backed up. I'm looking for some backup software to help me keep the folders/files I choose in sync between the internal and external HDs. Mostly typical things I want backed up...mp3s, pictures, video files, word documents, etc.
I'm wondering, what are some of the best backup programs to use? The main thing I'm looking for is to be able to, for example, select my music folder, back it up on the external, and be able to update the backed up folder on the external when I add new songs to the original.
Any thoughts?

Hi tony140, soupnasty, clive_pearce, hi everyone
In September 2004 Bryco brought to my attention: Karen's Replicator program, see response #9 in the automatic back up thread.
