Batch copying

I need to create some sort system (or maybe to use some already made app) to copy custom files in X directories.
If 1 files is changed I just do batch copying of it... in 30-40 dirs. So it's a lot faster..... less headache.
Right now I'm doing it manually and I'm almost dying of pressing CTRL+V. Please somebody help me...
