batch convert from html to text?

Does any know if there is an application by which you can batch convert HTML to text file? (Text file without HTML tags) I can do it one by one by opening in Internet Explorere, then "save as text", but want to do thousands of them. I couldn't find it on download.com. I really appreciate your help.
