.bat file to edit WinXP registry

Hi all, I want to edit a particular entry of registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Network .... I want to make a .bat file so that it can be edited by just double clicking that file. Can anybody help me how to do that please ? Thanks in advance A Learner
